Toyota to Release Corolla Hybrid Model in Japan

Toyota has invested a lot of time, money, and effort into the revamped 2014 Corolla, and rightfully so; the model is always a favorite among consumers year after year. So we were very excited to hear that Toyota has made yet another giant step forward for the model, and is introducing a hybrid version in the automaker's home country of Japan/

Toyota has debuted models only in its home country before, so while there are no plans as of this writing, there is solid reason to believe the hybrid version of the ever-popular Corolla will be making its way stateside sooner rather than later, so as always, we here at Kerry Toyota want to keep our Florence, KY area customers as up-to-date as possible.

Toyota has always established themselves as a leader in the hybrid segment with the iconic Prius model, and the automaker has plans to offer 21 hybrid vehicles in its fleet by the year 2015, with the aim of the becoming the absolute leading manufacturer of hybrid technology.

The hybrid Corolla would fit into the lineup best for those drivers who are looking for a relatively larger hybrid sedan, and the model is incredibly well timed as fuel prices have risen to their highest levels in over 5 years.

Toyota currently offers 6 hybrid models in their Toyota new model lineup, including the Camry Hybrid, so come on by our Florence, KY showroom soon and one of our knowledgeable staff will show you all the great benefits of Toyota hybrid technology.
