Dimensions
The spacious RAV4 provides 73.4 cubic feet of cargo room, compared 70.0 for the Rogue. The RAV4 is a wider vehicle, with more rear headroom (38.9 vs 38.5 inches) and more front shoulder room (57.3 vs 56.6 inches). The RAV4 also tows more (1,500 vs 1,000 pounds), has a tighter turning diameter (34.8 vs 37.6 feet) and a bigger gas tank (15.9 vs 14.5 gallons).
Safety
The RAV4 comes standard with Toyota’s Safety Sense-P suite of driver-assistance features, including adaptive cruise control, collision-mitigation braking, pedestrian detection, and auto high beams. RAV4 also provide rear cross-traffic alert as well as available Bird’s Eye View Parking System and blind-spot monitoring. Rogue offers many of these features, but as options rather than standard equipment.
